We're looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer with strong experience in React Native and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to build production-grade mobile applications that communicate with embedded devices such as ESP32 and Nordic (nRF52/nRF53).
You'll work closely with backend and embedded engineers to deliver reliable, scalable mobile solutions for IoT products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS & Android.
- Integrate mobile apps with REST APIs and cloud services.
- Implement and maintain BLE communication.
- Discover, pair, connect, and manage BLE devices.
- Collaborate with firmware and backend teams on communication protocols.
- Optimize app performance, battery usage, and BLE reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture decisions.
- Manage App Store & Google Play releases.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional mobile development experience.
- 4+ years of React Native experience.
- Strong experience publishing and maintaining iOS & Android apps.
- Hands-on experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
- Experience working with ESP32, Nordic (nRF52/nRF53), or similar BLE devices.
- Strong understanding of GATT Services & Characteristics.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
