Senior Mortgage Advisor

We're looking for a Senior Mortgage Advisor to join Lenddoo's Dubai team in a full-time, on-site role. You'll guide clients through the complete mortgage journey, from first enquiry to final completion, assessing their financial situations, explaining mortgage options clearly, and recommending solutions that align with their home ownership goals.

This role owns the end-to-end mortgage process: managing applications, coordinating with lenders and internal teams, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and fully compliant. You'll also stay ahead of market developments, proactively advise clients on refinancing and switching opportunities, and deliver the kind of clear, professional service that reflects Lenddoo's commitment to clarity and efficiency.

We're seeking an experienced, client-focused mortgage professional who combines strong technical knowledge with genuine advisory instincts, someone who can simplify complex financing decisions, build lasting client trust, and consistently deliver accurate, compliant work in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mortgages and mortgage products, with a proven track record advising clients on home financing solutions
• Solid background in finance and financial planning, with the ability to assess affordability, risk, and the long-term implications of mortgage decisions
• Experience in mortgage marketing or related financial services marketing, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively
• A demonstrated history of success in a senior advisory or relationship management role, ideally within mortgage or banking
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and sustain long-term client relationships
• High attention to detail when handling documentation and financial data
• Comfortable working on-site in Dubai, collaborating across teams, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, evolving market
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms used for mortgage comparison, applications, and client communication
