Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphic Designer to lead the creation of engaging 2D and 3D visual content for our Food & Beverage brand. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in motion design, 3D animation, editing, and AI-powered creative tools to enhance production workflows and output quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce high-quality 2D & 3D motion graphics for social media, ads, product videos, and brand campaigns.

Create realistic 3D models, product renders, and environments using Blender and Cinema 4D.

Execute advanced animation, compositing, and VFX using Adobe After Effects.

Perform video editing, color correction, and sound alignment using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Conceptualize creative ideas, storyboards, and visual directions aligned with brand guidelines.

Handle full production workflow: concept storyboard animation rendering final delivery.

Utilize AI tools to:

Generate visuals, assets, or references.

Enhance video quality or automate repetitive tasks.

Support script creation, audio enhancement, or scene extensions.

Ensure all outputs maintain brand consistency and meet quality standards.

Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful content tailored to campaign needs.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.

Organize and maintain project files, assets, and animation libraries.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or similar roles (F&B or FMCG experience is a plus).

Strong proficiency in:

Blender

Cinema 4D

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Premiere Pro

Solid knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation.

Strong understanding of animation principles, lighting, texturing, camera movement, and storytelling.

Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, enhancement, or workflow optimization.

High creativity, strong attention to detail, and excellent visual aesthetics.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

Experience in 3D product rendering, packshots, and realistic food visuals.
