Job Role:

The Senior Multimedia Specialist leads the design, development, and execution of high-impact multimedia content across digital and traditional platforms. This role plays a strategic part in shaping visual communication through advanced video production, animation, photography, and graphic design, supporting branding, marketing, and internal communications at a senior level.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-quality multimedia projects, including video, motion graphics, and interactive content aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead creative direction and provide guidance to junior team members and external vendors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to conceptualize and deliver multimedia strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end video production processfrom storyboarding and scripting to filming, editing, and post-production.
• Design and animate motion graphics for use in digital campaigns, product showcases, and events.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all multimedia assets.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance multimedia capabilities.
• Manage project timelines and multimedia asset libraries with minimal supervision.

Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience in multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Expertise in video production, editing, animation, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Strong eye for design, composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage end-to-end production with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
