We are hiring on behalf of our client, Santa Monica Beauty Salon, a luxury hair and beauty salon based in Dubai. They are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Nail Technician to join their growing team and deliver an exceptional client experience.
About the Role
As a Senior Nail Technician, you will be the go-to expert for all things nails — from flawless natural manicures to intricate nail art and advanced extension systems. You'll work in a high-end salon environment where quality, creativity, and client satisfaction are the top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure services to a luxury standard
- Expertly apply all nail extension techniques, including acrylic, gel, hard gel, and PolyGel
- Create high-quality nail art and custom nail designs tailored to each client
- Assess nail and skin condition; recommend suitable treatments and aftercare
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
- Consult with clients and upsell retail products and nail services
- Provide additional beauty services as needed, including waxing, eyebrow threading/shaping, eyelash services, and basic massage
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Nail Technician in a professional salon setting
- Expert-level skills across all nail systems: acrylic, gel, hard gel, PolyGel, manicure, pedicure, and nail art
- Experience with additional beauty services (waxing, threading, lash services) is a strong plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury salon environment
