About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to take ownership of the design, development, and architecture of our server-side applications. You will be a technical lead within the backend team, driving best practices, mentoring junior developers, and making key architectural decisions to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and architecture of backend services and APIs using .NET Core frameworks
• Make key technical decisions on system design, scalability, and performance
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, setting the standard for the team
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning at scale
• Lead code reviews and drive engineering best practices across the team
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, including performance bottlenecks
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability at an architectural level

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of professional backend development.
• Core Tech: Strong expertise in .NET Core frameworks.
• Database: Proficient in SQL Server (queries, optimization).
• Tools: Daily experience using Visual Studio.
