We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Core Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on coding expertise and solid exposure to the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise healthcare applications that integrate with regulatory platforms and modern cloud ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core

Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and modern UI components

Implement Entity Framework Code-First models, migrations, and optimized database structures

Collaborate with Solution Architects to design secure and scalable application architectures

Work with SQL Server on database design, performance tuning, and complex queries

Participate in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows (Azure preferred)

Contribute to system integrations with healthcare ecosystems (DHA, HAAD, Riayati, Nafees, Damani, etc.)

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases

Apply basic AI/ML concepts for automation, mapping, and data insights

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and secure coding best practices

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core development (backend & frontend)

Strong understanding of Entity Framework Code-First approach

Proven experience building enterprise-grade applications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry (claims, eligibility, e-authorization, EHR/EMR integrations, payer/provider workflows, etc.)

Solid understanding of application architecture and ability to collaborate with Solution Architects

Strong SQL expertise (procedures, triggers, indexing, optimization)

Experience with DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with microservices, containerization, and API management (preferred)

Basic understanding of AI concepts or willingness to learn AI/ML modules

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience with healthcare regulatory integrations

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices

Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
