The senior .NET developer is part of the Development team building and working on software systems using various types of technologies.
Also, he/she is developing information systems by studying operations; designing, developing and installing software solutions; and supporting and developing the software team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle
- Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
- Working with a team to develop, test, and maintain various applications
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
- Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications
- Analysing and resolving technical and application problems
- Provide information by collecting, analysing and summarising development and service issues
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Requirements:
- BCS in Biomedical Engineering / Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, in particular ASP.NET, MVC, C#, RESTful API, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML, SQL, XML & IIS
- Demonstrate experience in web application development using SQL Server
- Experience in using TFS
- Be organised, self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to develop cutting-edge front-end websites supported by technically challenging back-end solutions
- Good understanding of browser compliance issues
