Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless components.
• Manage wireless networking platforms, including site surveys, coverage analysis, and optimization.
• Monitor network performance and availability using tools such as SolarWinds and recommend improvements as needed.
• Support and maintain the IP Telephony system.
• Implement and maintain network security measures in alignment with the compliance standards.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation of network configurations, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal network performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Communication Engineering from a reputable university.
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering within enterprise environments, with a strong focus on wireless LAN technologies.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in network protocols (TCP/IP, IEEE 802.11), and familiar with Cisco/Aruba/Fortinet wireless technologies.
• Experience with wireless survey tools (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet) and NAC solutions such as Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, FortiNAC.
• Strong knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• CCNP Enterprise certification.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a corporate environment.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
