Job Description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Network Engineer/Technician to join our technical team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring continuous service availability and system security. This role is based in Jeddah with regular field visits to Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement network solutions for the enterprise
Manage and maintain switches, routers, and servers
Monitor network performance and identify and resolve issues
Document procedures, configurations, and technical recommendations
Provide 24/7 technical support to users and departments
Conduct field visits to branch locations in Makkah for on-site support and maintenance
Ensure network connectivity across multiple locations
