The role holder is responsible for providing engineering expertise in railway network operations activities within the organization.
Department: Network Planning & Management (Infrastructure).
Location: Riyadh HQ
Core Responsibilities:
- Provides technical assistance regarding network design, implementation, and integration of network changes.
- Interacts with other units within the Infrastructure Department to ensure smooth functioning of the organization and efficiency of operations.
- Conducts analytical research on trends in network designs and development and implements best practice.
- Prepares and inputs all necessary logistic components of the network to ensure proper delivery.
- Supports the Operations Governance Section Head in providing stable and reliable network services for the organization.
- Supports the Operations Governance Section Head in monitoring the performance of the network operations on a regular basis.
- Installs and maintains the network monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools necessary.
- Supports the Operations Governance Section Head in developing and implementing sustainable solutions to handle complex network operation issues.
- Advises the Operations Governance Section Head on resolving network operation issues based on expertise in Engineering.
- Suggests innovative initiatives that assist in reducing network operation issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any Engineering field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
