The Senior Network & Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, administrateing, monitoring, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, network security, wireless solutions, IP telephony, contact center technologies, and cloud networking services. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, reliability, and security across on-premises and cloud environments while supporting infrastructure projects, technology upgrades, operational improvements, and service delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking platforms, Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancing and web application firewall technologies, enterprise wireless infrastructure, Cisco Unified Communications, contact center platforms, and cloud networking across Microsoft Azure and AWS.

• Key Responsibilities 2.1 Network Infrastructure Management
• Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Configure and support Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching platforms.
• Configure and support Cisco ISR routing platforms.
• Implement and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching solutions, including Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP in enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
• Perform network capacity planning and optimization.
  
  

2.2 Network Security

• Configure and administrate Fortinet Firewalls.
• Configure and support Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Implement and maintain security policies, VPNs, NAT, IPS, and security profiles.
• Administrate Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer, and Forti Authenticator.
• Configure and support F5 Load Balancers.
• Implement and maintain F5 Web Application Firewall (WAF).
• Support cloud security integration for Azure and AWS.
• Perform security assessments and vulnerability remediation.
• Participate in security audits and compliance activities.
  
  

2.3 Wireless Infrastructure

• Design enterprise wireless solutions.
• Conduct wireless site surveys.
• Configure Cisco and Huawei Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC).
• Configure and deploy wireless Access Points.
• Manage Guest Wireless Portals.
• Administrate Aruba ClearPass Network Access Control (NAC).
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and roaming issues.
• Optimize wireless performance and security.
  
  

2.4 Network Management Platforms

• Administrate Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
• Manage Cisco Catalyst Center.
• Monitor enterprise network health and performance.
• Perform firmware upgrades and lifecycle management.
  
  

2.5 Cloud Networking

• Support networking components within Microsoft Azure.
• Support AWS cloud networking.
• Configure hybrid connectivity between cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Implement cloud security best practices.
  
  

2.6 Network Monitoring & Performance

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure using:
• SolarWinds
• PRTG Network Monitor
• OpManager
• Site24x7
• AppDynamics
• Analyze network performance.
• Investigate alerts and incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis for outages.
• Generate performance and capacity reports.
  

2.7 Project Management & Governance

• Participate in infrastructure implementation projects.
• Lead network migration and upgrade activities.
• Prepare implementation plans and rollback procedures.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and standards.

• Experience in Azure and AWS networking.
• Experience with enterprise network monitoring platforms.
• Experience working in highly available, mission-critical environments such as healthcare, banking, government, or large enterprises.
