My client is one of the IT companies and they are currently expanding their team in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for a Senior Specialist (Network and IT Security).
Key requirements:
- Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new projects/technologies and ensure that the solutions are highly available and performing
- Experience in providing day-to-day Tier 2 operational support, including responding to incidents, service requests, and tasks
- Experience in day-to-day administration of switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, access points, load balancers, VPN concentrators, and WAN accelerators in data centers, office networks, or campuses.
- Advanced level knowledge of Routing and Switching (VLAN, 802.1Q, Link Aggregation, FHRP, Link troubleshooting, protocols debugging).
- Advanced level experience with perimeter security solutions such as IPS/IDS, Web Proxy, and Next-Generation Firewalls: Implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting application-aware policies.
- 10+ Yrs. of relevant experience.
- Certificates: CCNA or CCNP (Data Center, Routing and Switching, or Security) or PCNSE.
This opportunity is 12 - month contract.
