BEC Arabia is hiring a Senior Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Manager to lead HSE operations across our construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, driving a strong safety culture, and maintaining the highest HSE standards on-site.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and systems
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Lead and manage site HSE teams
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all project sites
- Coordinate with project and management teams on all HSE matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) Required
- NEBOSH IGC + Construction Certification Required
- IOSH, IRSM, or equivalent professional membership Mandatory
Experience Required
- 1520 years of total OHS experience
- Minimum 8 years in a senior OHS leadership role
