JOB PURPOSE
To support the design, development, and implementation of organization design initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce capability. The role focuses on maintaining a sound organization structure, managing fair and transparent promotion and assessment processes, ensuring performance management effectiveness, and providing insights through exit interviews
1. Organization Structure Management
Support the periodic review and update of the company's organization structure to ensure alignment with business strategy and operational needs.
Develop and maintain up-to-date organization charts.
Coordinate with line managers to ensure structure changes are documented, justified, and approved as per approved policies.
2. Job Profiles Creation and Validation
Develop and maintain up-to-date job profiles and job descriptions.
Validate job profiles to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the organization structure and job grading system.
Support job evaluation processes and maintain job library integrity across all functions.
3. Employee Promotion Process.
Conduct and coordinate the promotion process ensure fairness, transparency, and adherence to policy.
Validate candidate eligibility, collect supporting documents, and prepare promotion cases for review by the OD Manager.
Get required approvals for employees promotions actions.
Track and report promotion decisions and ensure accurate updates to the HR system and organization structure.
4. Assessment Centers
Support the design and execution of assessment and development centers for talent evaluation and leadership pipeline identification.
Prepare assessment tools, logistics, and communication with participants and assessors.
Consolidate assessment results and prepare reports highlighting strengths, gaps, and development recommendations.
5. Performance Appraisal
Administer the performance appraisal process, ensuring consistent application of performance management policies and timelines.
Provide support and orientation to departments on goal-setting, evaluation criteria, and rating calibration.
Analyze performance data and prepare reports to support talent management decisions.
6. Exit Interviews and Analysis
Conduct or coordinate exit interviews to capture feedback and identify root causes of turnover.
Analyze exit data to identify trends and recommend retention and engagement initiatives.
Prepare regular exit analysis reports and share insights with management to support continuous improvement.
7. Reporting and Dashboards
Develop and maintain analytical reports and dashboards covering OD activities (organization structure changes, promotions, assessments, performance results, and exit trends).
Provide management with regular and ad hoc reports that support strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all OD reporting systems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelors Degree of Business Administration or any relevant field
Total Years of Experience 3 - 8 Years of Relevant position
Language Fluent in English (written and spoken) Computer/software Skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Visio (mandatory).
Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is an advantage.
SAP (is a plus)
