We are looking for a Senior Odoo Technico-Functional Consultant to cover both functional and technical aspects of our client's Odoo implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Fit-Gap analysis, ensuring alignment between business requirements and Odoo capabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive process mapping in Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
- Design and implement effective solutions tailored to our clients needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams for configuration, light development, and technical specifications.
- Utilize your hands-on skills in Python and the Odoo framework.
- Manage and optimize database interactions with PostgreSQL and REST APIs.
- Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, driving the success of the Odoo program.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of ERP experience, with a strong focus on Odoo.
- Proven expertise in business processes, particularly in Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
- Strong skills in Fit-Gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Odoo framework, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with REST APIs for effective system integration.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or food delivery platforms.
- Background in end-to-end Odoo implementation.
