About the Role
Altec Group is seeking a Senior Odoo Architect to engineer our group's digital nervous system. This is not a maintenance role; it is an architectural challenge. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a robust multi-company Odoo environment that bridges our subsidiaries with the Corporate Center. You will work directly with the executive leadership to transform raw data into high-level strategic dashboards (KPIs) .
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Build and maintain a secure, scalable multi-company and multi-currency environment for a diversified group of companies.
- Full-Stack Development: Lead backend (Python) and frontend (JavaScript/OWL) development for custom modules and high-performance dashboards.
- Database Management: Optimize PostgreSQL performance for high-volume financial and operational data processing.
- System Integration: Develop and manage REST/XML-RPC APIs for seamless integration with external platforms and government portals.
- Business Intelligence: Design and implement automated executive dashboards using Odoo Studio, QWeb, and custom BI tools to provide real-time visibility for the Group CEO.
Technical Requirements
- Mastery of Odoo: Minimum 7 years of deep development experience, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations in a multi-company setup.
- Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript (OWL/XML), and XML-RPC.
- Framework Knowledge: Advanced understanding of the Odoo framework (v17+ preferred), including ORM, Web Client, and Point of Sale (if applicable).
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
