Role Description The Senior Odoo Functional Consultant will work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt in a full-time capacity, leading end-to-end implementation and optimization of Odoo-based ERP solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Odoo modules, and configuring workflows to support finance, operations, sales, and other core processes. The consultant will conduct functional analyses, prepare documentation, run workshops, and provide training to end users and stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include testing system changes, coordinating with technical teams on customizations, and ensuring that solutions meet performance, usability, and compliance standards. The role also requires continuous support, problem-solving, and process improvements to maximize the value of Quadova's ERP offerings for clients.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, design workflows, and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Excellent communication skills to lead client meetings, document solutions, and deliver training to diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of business processes across areas such as operations, inventory, sales, and HR.
• Proven experience in consulting, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into ERP solutions.
• Good grasp of finance processes, including invoicing, accounting flows, and financial reporting within an ERP context.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (multiple modules) in a senior or lead functional role.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and system improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial for client communication in Egypt.
• Experience in ERP implementation projects from design through go-live and post-implementation support.
