What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Analyze business needs and align them with Odoo functionalities.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to match operational workflows.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose practical solutions.
- Provide training to key users and ensure smooth adoption of Odoo systems.
- Collaborate with developers on technical customizations and integrations.
- Manage data migration processes, including mapping and validation.
- Deliver post-go-live support and facilitate change management.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and configuration details.
- Work across multiple functions, including finance, HR, sales, inventory, and production.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of proven Odoo implementation experience (v12 and above).
- Strong functional expertise in at least 5 Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Projects, HR, Manufacturing, POS.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and business process optimization.
- Skilled in drafting requirement documents and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Proficiency in data migration and delivering user training.
- Familiarity with Python and Odoo Studio is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
