Job Description

SBS ( Superior Business Solutions ) is looking for:

Senior Odoo Implementer

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities.

• Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) based on client needs.

• Conduct business analysis, gap analysis, and prepare documentation.

• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality delivery.

• Provide training and support to end-users.

• Coordinate with developers for advanced customizations or integrations.

• Manage project timelines, communicate progress, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Stay updated with Odoo best practices, new features, and updates.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Experience with Odoo (functional or technical) is required.

• Strong understanding of business processes in module accounting - manufacturing - construction - HR.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
