Senior Odoo Implementer
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities.
Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) based on client needs.
Conduct business analysis, gap analysis, and prepare documentation.
Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality delivery.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Coordinate with developers for advanced customizations or integrations.
Manage project timelines, communicate progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated with Odoo best practices, new features, and updates.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Experience with Odoo (functional or technical) is required.
Strong understanding of business processes in module accounting - manufacturing - construction - HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
