Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Odoo Implementer based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work remotely when needed. The Senior Odoo Implementer will lead and execute the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP projects for clients across various industries. Key responsibilities include gathering client requirements, configuring Odoo modules, performing data migrations, customizing features, troubleshooting technical issues, training end-users, and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within scope. Collaboration with internal teams such as project managers and developers will also be essential to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Odoo implementation, including configuring and customizing Odoo ERP modules
  • Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and process design for ERP solutions
  • Solid understanding of business processes across domains such as inventory, accounting, and CRM
  • Familiarity with data migration, system integration, and database management
  • Proven ability in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
  • Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and XML for Odoo development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in project management or working in an agile team environment is an advantage
