We are looking for an experienced Senior Off-Plan Specialist with 3+ years of proven experience in selling off-plan projects across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
- Promote and sell off-plan projects from top developers including Emaar, Dubai Holding, DAMAC, Sobha, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Stay updated with all new launches, payment plans, and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market, specializing in off-plan sales.
- Strong knowledge of major developers and upcoming project launches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
- RERA Certification (an advantage).
- Multilingual (German, Spanish Speaker)
