Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Offensive Security Lead, based in Dubai Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves leading and conducting advanced penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and red teaming exercises to evaluate and strengthen clients cybersecurity defenses. Responsibilities include developing customized threat simulations, analyzing security risks, preparing detailed technical reports, providing actionable recommendations, collaborating with other teams, and mentoring junior team members. The role requires staying updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and leveraging the latest tools and methodologies to protect clients digital assets effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessments, and Red Team Operations
• In-depth knowledge of Network Security, Application Security, and Cloud Security
• Proficiency in Threat Simulation and Risk Analysis
• Experience with Security Tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Wireshark
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills
• Ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and effectively communicate technical findings to various stakeholders
• Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, exploits, and defense mechanisms
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CREST or CEH are highly desirable
• A degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
