You will provide the daily administrative and operational support to the team organise the logistics &/or resources to ensure the smooth running of programme services. You may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities, where required.
Administration and Staff Development
Provide administrative or logistical support to the team in running client-related support or other activities.
Assist in coordinating and planning outreach and engagement events
with other community partners and agencies.
In charge of timely data collection for the programme report
submissions (quarterly and annually)
In charge of simple data analysis to generate quarterly and annual
reports for the relevant programme
Store and maintain data and documents in accordance with the
programme requirement, as well as the prevailing personal data protection and security guidelines.
Coordinate the team's training schedule, in consultation with the Senior Allied Health Professional.
Prepare the necessary resource materials to be provided to clients and caregivers.
Respond to general email enquiries related to programme matters.
Assist in conducting basic mental health assessments, such as initial screenings when handling calls and walk-ins.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma, ideally in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or other related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
