Job Description

At Six Flags & AquArabia Qiddiya City, The Senior Officer I - Warehouse will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, data entry, inventory monitoring, and reporting. The role involves closely working with vendors, tracking inventory irregularities, and contributing to process improvements. The Warehouse Officer ensures efficient warehouse operations, accurate data management, and effective communication with relevant teams.

Requirements

Education High school or equivalent is required.

Experience 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.

Job Responsibilities:

Report and monitor the attendance of warehouse receivers and pickers, ensuring punctuality and addressing any attendance

issues promptly.

Complete detailed data entry for all ordered quantities and suppliers in the dashboard report, maintaining accuracy and up-to-date records.

Attend the assigned site daily, closely monitoring warehouse activities and processes, identifying and reporting any blockers or

upcoming challenges to management.

Monitor inventory status rigorously, reporting any irregularities, discrepancies, or potential issues to ensure inventory accuracy.

Prepare comprehensive daily reports on returns from other warehouses/outlets, inbound, preparation, and dispatch activities at

the warehouse, and returns to vendors, providing clear and actionable insights.

Work closely with the vendor team to check supply quantities and shipments early in the morning or prior to the inbound day,

reporting any abnormalities to ensure timely corrective actions.

Pull detailed daily inbound, preparation, and outbound activities, ensuring all processes are documented accurately and

efficiently.

Track damages, defects, and expiries at the SKU level daily, escalating issues to the Warehouse Supervisor for timely

resolution.

Contribute to improving the experience of pickers and receivers by documenting all concerns, suggestions, and feedback,

sharing them in weekly meetings for continuous improvement.

Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor to implement best practices and streamline warehouse operations, enhancing overall

efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse, promoting a safe and organized

working environment.

Assist in the training and onboarding of new warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand their

roles and responsibilities.

Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

Support the warehouse supervisor in planning and executing warehouse layout changes, optimizing space utilization and

workflow.
