Role: Senior officer - Loan Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify credit and mortgage documentation before system entry
- Handle mortgage registration and release processes as per regulatory requirements
- Ensure all loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant
- Perform customer exposure checks before loan approvals or releases
- Review collateral and security documents to ensure no outstanding liabilities
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards
- Support risk assessments (RCSA) and internal audits
- Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Maintain and update collateral and loan databases
- Ensure accurate internal and regulatory reportings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field
- Relevant certifications in banking/finance (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in loan administration, loan processing, credit operations and mortgage services
