Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Quality Management, or a related field. Preferred Language- Arabic Working experience: 3-7 years in software quality management or related roles.

Experience with QMS in software development environments.

Key Responsibilities: QMS Implementation:

Support the implementation and maintenance of the Software QMS in alignment with industry standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, TMMI).

Ensure compliance with established quality policies and procedures. Process Compliance and Audits:

Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement.

Work with teams to resolve non-conformities and prepare for external audits. Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Training and Awareness:

Develop training materials and deliver sessions on QMS best practices. Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to software quality. Metrics and Reporting: Establish quality metrics and prepare reports for management review. Skills:

Knowledge of quality frameworks (ISO, CMMI, TMMI).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SonarQube.

Excellent communication skills. Preferably from an insurance domain projects prior experience is good to have.
