Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy
- Follow up on priority Quality of Life files and leadership engagements, ensuring briefs, materials, and actions are ready per direction and schedule.
- Compile KPI inputs for the Quality-of-Life plan, validate source updates, and prepare periodic reports for leadership.
- Maintain the calendar of higher councils/committees and track recommendations, andsubmission deadlines to ensure compliance.
- Draft internal awareness content and success stories supporting Quality of Life objectivesacross teams.
Operations
- Operate departmental correspondence and records workflows, including letters/costs, response tracking, archiving, and electronic messaging efficiency.
- Prepare presentations on Quality-of-Life topics and produce meeting materials and record decisions for follow-through.
- Register and track office directives and coordinate with relevant departments and issue periodic status updates.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for the Director's meetings with internal and external stakeholders; compile minutes and action trackers.
- Follow up on responses to Quality-of-Life correspondence across sectors and institutions and escalate delays to owners.
- Support delivery of departmental activities at events; ensure approved formats, routing, and timely transmittals.
- Maintain KPI trackers and dashboards and reconcile data with source owners for Authority submissions.
- Assemble materials and datasets for specialized studies and benchmarking and enforce document control and versioning.
Education
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration
Experience
- 0-1 Years in case of bachelor's degree (5+ Years in case of Diploma)

- Microsoft Office (Excel /PowerPoint)
