Senior Officer - Social Media

We are recruiting on behalf of a Dubai-based government entity for the position of Senior Officer – Social Media. The successful candidate will assume full ownership of the entity's social media function, driving strategic planning, campaign execution, performance analysis, and operational excellence across all official channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive weekly and monthly social media strategies

• Oversee the management of all official social media channels, maintaining the highest standards of content accuracy and brand consistency

• Track, analyse, and document the entity's media presence and news coverage across platforms

• Plan, implement, and supervise approved media and advertising campaigns in alignment with institutional programs and objectives

• Establish and continuously refine standard operating procedures governing social media operations

• Produce detailed periodic performance reports, translating data into actionable improvement recommendations

• Uphold the integrity and accuracy of all social media content, data, and reporting

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English – written and spoken (mandatory)

• Minimum 5 years of solid, progressive social media experience within UAE-based organizations

• Demonstrated understanding of government or institutional communications environments

• Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in performance reporting

• Currently based in or able to relocate to Dubai, UAE
