Job Description

  • Comply with EHS Policies, Programs and Procedures as per General Framework and take responsibility for any aspect of EHS that they are involved in

Coordination

  • Coordinate all sides of the HR functions of the Schools
  • Liaising with Support Functions: Finance, HR, Administration
  • Coordinate with other Operations section as per the need (example creation staff accounts, fingerprints for sign-in machine, etc.)
  • Coordinate the mobilization process of new hires along with the Central HR Department
  • Liaising with Accounts Department for amount collection. (Education allowance-visa claims-relocation allowance, etc.)

Attendance

  • Responsible for checking of all staff attendance in the campuses
  • Reviewing their leave applications and lateness
  • Follow up and report the employee's attendance behavior and coordinate with the HR Department in Directorate in order to make the necessary actions on the reports

Organizational Development

  • Establish school communication strategies, i.e. personal contact list, extension list, Academic calendar, employee handbook
  • Continuous analysis of system needs regarding regulations and policy revisions
  • Create and promote a value driven system culture of trust, transparency, respect and team spirit
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of the section and its processes, information and documents

Communication

  • Ensure that the HR goals, policies and procedures are accurately communicated to and followed by all employees
  • Develop and utilize effective communication channels through staff meetings, written procedures and any other means so that all employees are able to carry out their duties
  • Inform executive management by making regular, timely and relevant reports
  • Ensure staff is informed of policy changes and updates

Administration

  • Develop, monitor, modify and apply sound administrative practices to ensure all employees are properly integrated into School systems
  • Monitor HR indicators such as sick leave, turnover etc. in order to devise corrective strategies
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to staff and management within the system
  • Monitor and report performance of each department after review
  • Check payroll transaction and review monthly reports
  • Prepare and generate different HR reports such as: staff attendance report, staff details list, staff leave balance, etc

Serve all employees in relation to salary certificates and letters in Arabic and / or English
