To oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring efficient management, compliance, and optimization of hardware, software, and related IT resources in alignment with SNB's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End IT Asset Lifecycle Management
- Plan, procure, deploy, maintain, transfer, and dispose of IT assets in accordance with SNB's policies and procedures.
- Ensure seamless integration of IT assets across all business units and departments.
Inventory Management
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and related components.
- Conduct regular asset reviews, reconciliations, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
- Ensure all IT asset management activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support compliance with software license agreements and audit readiness.
Optimization & Cost Management
- Monitor asset utilization and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and resource optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve asset performance and lifecycle management.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to manage asset acquisition, tracking, and reporting.
- Serve as a key point of contact for asset-related queries and issues.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare detailed asset management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review and decision-making.
- Track and report on asset performance, compliance, and lifecycle metrics.
Governance & Risk Management
- Support IT governance, risk, audit, and compliance initiatives related to asset management.
- Ensure asset documentation, naming standards, and records are maintained throughout the asset lifecycle.
Technology Lifecycle Support
- Support technology refresh, upgrade, and decommissioning activities to ensure alignment with business needs and IT strategy.
Job Requirements:
Nationality:
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CITAM, CSAM, or equivalent are a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience in IT Asset Management, preferably within a large enterprise or financial institution.
- Experience with IT inventory management tools, asset repositories, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts.
- Experience in IT governance, audit, risk, or compliance-related activities is an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of software license management and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
