KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Release violations to the vehicles technical inspection centers inside service providers centres in the case of monitoring abuses regarding the failure to meet the requirements for the completion of transactions according to the legislation and circulars issued by the Authority.
# Update continuously of audits in coordination and communication with concerned departments and partners.
# Audit and discover objectionable cases of systems and legislations regarding Licensing Agency transactions.
# Assist in Monitoring and field inspection of service providers, driving institutes and customer happiness centers to ensure the commitment of these agencies to fulfill all requirements of licensing transactions and submit periodic reports.
# Contribute to Overseeing the completed transactions to ensure that they meet all fees and in case of violations, coordinate with the concerned departments to take the necessary actions.
# periodic inspection of transaction records receipt and delivery for service providers centers, driving institutes and customer happiness centers and raise abuses to the concerned departments to take the necessary actions.
# Daily follow up for the transactions implemented by the licensing agency through the approved systems, including the traffic system, monitoring and enforcement system (MES), and the central technical inspection system (CIS).
# Daily control of electronic systems and data related to the completed licensing transactions, including electronic signatures and the justifications system. # Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
# Verify data accuracy and attachments included in the traffic system.
# Maintain the confidentiality of Licensing Agency centers transactions.
# Coordinate and communicate with the concerned departments regarding the violating transactions for laws and legislation through the Existing systems.
# Know all relevant departments legislation in Licensing Agency regarding the audit.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business administration/ Information technology/ Applied science with 0-2 of working experience from recognized university, OR Diploma in Business administration/ Information technology/ Applied science with minimum 5 years of working experience from recognized university
