Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Offshore Structural Engineer to join a leading offshore Oil & Gas engineering project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves leading structural engineering activities across FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering phases, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective design solutions for offshore facilities.
Package - AED 14000 - AED 18000/month
Duration - 12 months (extendible)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and analysis of offshore structures, including jackets, topsides, modules, bridges, risers, and associated steel structures.
- Prepare, review, and validate structural calculations, engineering reports, and technical deliverables.
- Review project specifications, design basis documents, and applicable engineering standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and interface issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support constructability assessments, installation engineering, and brownfield modification studies.
- Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and client discussions.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, HSE policies, and international offshore standards such as API, DNV, and ISO.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of offshore structural engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven experience in FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering projects.
- Hands-on experience in the structural design and analysis of offshore platforms and facilities.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SACS, STAAD.Pro, SESAM, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of offshore design codes and standards including API, DNV, and ISO.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
- Proficient in English.
