Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Consultant at Kayan Developments, located in Egypt. The Senior Operations Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business operations, developing and implementing strategic improvement plans, consulting with various departments to optimize processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Other day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, coordinating and communicating with team members, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience (Contract is Must )
• Proven Consulting expertise and exceptional Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
