Position Title: Senior Operations Management Specialist - Middle East

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, evaluation, onboarding, and full lifecycle management of last-mile resources (including but not limited to distribution and stations). Build and optimize an operational network covering core Middle Eastern countries and cross-border connectivity.
- Quickly identify bottlenecks and pain points in operational processes. Design and drive the implementation of standardized, replicable solutions to enhance operational quality and efficiency.
- Effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., courier, air freight, ocean freight service providers). Integrate resources to ensure the coordinated execution of cross-functional projects and achieve end-to-end operational objectives.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of projects and daily operations regularly. Produce structured analysis reports, document best practices, and support continuous business improvement and the regional scaling of successful models.
- Possess a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and route planning logic. Able to integrate resources from a holistic perspective to drive the closure of complex operational projects, ensuring service timeliness and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above. Preference for majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in logistics, express delivery, or supply chain industry. Candidates with Middle East work experience and an established resource network are highly preferred.
- Excellent resource development, negotiation, and partner management skills.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and process optimization abilities. Results-oriented.
- Outstanding cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively drive internal and external teams.
- Fluent in English as a working language. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
