**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Manager – Operations** to lead technical and hard services operations, drive financial and operational performance, ensure client satisfaction, and manage high-performing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead technical and hard services operations across assigned projects.

- Achieve financial targets, optimize profitability, and manage budgets.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, and HSE standards.

- Manage client relationships and resolve operational escalations.

- Lead, develop, and evaluate technical teams.

- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and additional revenue.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or Commercial disciplines.

- MBA, or M.E. is preferred.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Projects, Construction, or related industries.

- Strong leadership, financial management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
