A Day in the Life:
As a Senior Operations Manager, you drive the seamless execution of supply chain operations through strategic planning, sharp oversight, and relentless focus on performance. Partner across internal teams and external stakeholders including bottlers, co-packers, suppliers, and warehouse partners to ensure flawless local market execution. Own inventory health, optimize costs, and maximize operational efficiency while identifying opportunities to eliminate waste, reduce shortages, and fuel continuous improvement.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Collaborate with local, regional sales team, bottler and supplier, and other relevant stake holders on overall supply chain of network of raw material, production planning to meet sales targets.
- Manage operational requirements on new set up for new product launches with co-packer, bottler, internal stake holders.
- Promote the achievement of the overall raw material, demand and production plan goals for the territory, and manage collaborative to distribute the products to the region's markets on time.
- Collaborate with custom broker for management of custom operations on time to deliver raw materials on time and bonded warehouse management in line with operational budget.
- Identify and develop solutions for gaps in current production and supply network. Identify inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and making decisions that impact multiple areas of the organization.
- Determine methods in process improvements for cost refinements across the network. Optimize operational systems, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity across departments.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure supply chain has best pricing and minimize redundancy. Manage budgets, procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure effective use of resources.
- Act jointly with accounting departments and strategy partners to establish product cost of goods.
- Lead, coach, and support the local operations team by providing clear direction and guidance to ensure the successful achievement of organizational goals.
Who You Are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Supply Chain, Engineering, Business & Economics or similar field of study.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain functions, custom operations in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Between 1-3 years of experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
- Advanced user in Microsoft Office. SAP experience preferred.
