What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
1 Conduct regular store visits to ensure back-of-house operational standards.
2 Monitor stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies through the stock management system, and
support stock counts.
3 Manage PLV orders, store-to-store transfers, deliveries, returns, and stock adjustments.
4 Coordinate with Stores, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve stock and operational
issues.
5 Track FOCUS tasks and operational actions through completion.
6 Analyze operational reports to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
7 Ensure compliance with inventory and operational procedures.
8 Support operational or maintenance activities outside regular working hours when required.
Job Details
- Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies and variances, support stock counts, and ensure
proper receiving, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
Basic understanding of stock management systems, with the ability to learn and use the company stock
management system. Strong Excel and operational reporting skills.
- Operations & Supply Chain
Understand end-to-end stock flow and coordinate with Stores, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and
Operations to resolve delays, shortages, and operational issues.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
and departments.
- Problem Solving & Ownership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
What You'll Need To Succeed
Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of stock management, inventory processes, and retail operations.
- Basic understanding of stock management systems, with the ability to learn and use the company stock management system.
- Strong Excel, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and follow-up.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel between stores and the Warehouse when required.
