Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operator located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Senior Operator will be responsible for overseeing and managing operational activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining operational efficiency. Daily tasks include monitoring equipment, coordinating with team members, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of systems. The Senior Operator will also be responsible for reporting operational data and making recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in overseeing and managing operational activities
- Skills in troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance of systems
- Ability to monitor equipment and coordinate with team members
- Knowledge of compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Previous experience in a similar role in the engineering or contracting industry is a plus
- A relevant technical or engineering degree is preferred
