Perform design and development of Oracle applications according to project requirements.
Design, code, and maintain modules based on established standards.
Understand project requirements and develop detailed design specifications.
Conduct initial design reviews and recommend improvements.
Write clear, efficient code and prepare coding documentation.
Develop Oracle Forms and Reports required for modules.
Develop database packages, procedures, triggers, and functions.
Responsible for database design, application tuning, and optimization.
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner.
Modify existing code to optimize performance of Oracle applications.
Develop and support modules such as Planning & Budget, Warehouse Management, Self-Service HR, and integration with Stock Management.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Developer Suite (Forms & Reports 6i/10g/11g).
Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and BI Publisher.
Experience with Toad and SQL Developer for development and debugging.
Knowledge of Dot Net Framework (ASP.NET, VB.NET) and Java (J2SE).
Solid understanding of relational database concepts.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
