Job Description

Guru Hits is hiring a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant (4-6 years experience) to support Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation and digital transformation projects.

You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM modules, working closely with Finance, FP&A, and executive stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes while maintaining compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM modules
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders
  • Analyze business requirements and design scalable EPM planning and reporting solutions
  • Perform advanced system configuration across EPM applications
  • Implement and support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
  • Support integration between Oracle EPM, ERP Financials, and other enterprise systems
  • Configure and manage financial data models, metadata, and business rules
  • Review and validate data integration processes and financial reconciliations
  • Prepare full functional documentation (BRD, FDD, Test Scripts, Setup Documents)
  • Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-live activities
  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
  • Act as client-facing lead for the EPM stream
  • Guide and review deliverables of junior consultants

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM / Oracle ERP implementations
  • Strong experience in Oracle EPM modules including: Planning / Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS) / Account Reconciliation / Narrative Reporting / Profitability & Cost Management (PCM)
  • At least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations
  • Solid understanding of:Financial Planning & Budgeting / Financial Consolidation / Financial Reporting / Forecasting / Financial Close processes
  • Experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions and Fit-Gap analysis workshops
  • Strong hands-on experience in system configuration, SIT, UAT, and Go-live support
  • Experience in data integration and data management tools such as FDMEE / Data Integration / EDMCS
  • Exposure to financial reporting tools and dashboards is a plus
  • Experience integrating Oracle EPM with ERP Financial modules
  • Ability to prepare functional documentation (BRD, FDD, Test Scripts, Setup Documents)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with finance teams and FP&A departments is highly preferred

Working Conditions

  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Location: Based in Egypt with potential onsite assignments
  • Travel: Opportunity for onsite deployment at customer sites in KSA or UAE depending on project requirements
