Senior Oracle Financial Consultant ( EBS+Fusion)

About the Role:

Join our Finance team within our Oracle consulting practice, where you'll help organizations leverage enterprise technology to achieve their digital goals and capitalize on business opportunities. As a Senior Oracle Financial Consultant, you'll play a key role in our clients Finance Transformation journey, enabled by Oracle Financial ERP. You'll combine process and technology expertise to shape the next generation of Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects focused on Oracle ERP or Oracle Financial technology implementations.
• Utilize industry-leading methodologies to transform clients businesses.
• Be flexible to travel to client sites locally and internationally as needed.
• Handle additional responsibilities such as business case development, requirements gathering, workshop delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Identify gaps between Oracle product features and client requirements.
• Write Functional Specifications, coordinate with client business leads, and perform unit and end-to-end testing.

Work Experience:

• 4-8 years of experience in Oracle Financial consulting.
• A minimum of 4 full lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Financials or Projects modules. (EBS+Fusion)
• Implementation experience with 4 or more Oracle modules in the relevant area.
• Proven experience in ERP project activities such as requirements gathering, solution design, functional configuration, testing, integration, and post go-live support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent meeting facilitation, presentation, and client relationship skills.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Extensive experience in Oracle ERP Financials and Projects modules.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage full lifecycle implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills with clients.
