Senior Oracle HCM Consultant ( EBS Mainly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand HR business processes and system needs across Oracle HCM EBS.
• Solution Design: Design functional blueprints that align with client objectives and Oracle best practices.
• System Configuration: Set up Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.
• Testing: Lead all phases of testing (unit, integration, and UAT) to ensure successful deployment.
• Training: Develop end-user training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Support & Enhancements: Provide post-go-live support and implement enhancements as needed.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare design documents for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
• Development: Create custom reports, personalizations, User-Hooks, and forms.
• Data Migration: Execute data migration using SQL, PL/SQL, and tools like HCM Data Loader.
• Performance Tuning: Monitor and enhance performance of Oracle HCM applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Oracle HCM consulting with strong exposure to Oracle EBS .
• Technical Skills: Solid experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle reporting tools, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees/certifications are a plus.
• Certifications: Oracle HCM EBS certifications is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a bonus.
