Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Consultant

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Oracle HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert-level HCM consulting services, guiding clients through system design, implementation, and ongoing issue resolution.

- Assist in designing and deploying employee management, payroll, and benefits solutions tailored to client needs.

- Develop and configure Oracle HCM systems to ensure alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and best practices.

- Lead training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the system.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems, ensuring data flow consistency and system efficiency.

- Offer proactive advice to clients on optimizing HCM functionality to improve business performance and employee experience.

- Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).

- Strong problem-solving, project management, and client relationship skills.

- Proficiency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is required.

- Experience working with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of Oracle applications, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions.

- Ability to work closely with clients to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
