#Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring smooth HR processes, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The role involves direct client interaction, system design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-production support.
#Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Payroll is a must
- Performance Management is a must
- Talent Management
- Recruitment / ORC is a must
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure, test, and deploy HCM functionalities in line with Oracle best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-to-end resolution within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts.
- Support Redwood UI enablement and quarterly upgrade activities (23D, 25B, 25C, 25D, etc.).
- Provide training, user documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and regulatory requirements.
#Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.
- Strong hands-on expertise in multiple HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Performance, etc.).
- Knowledge of Redwood UI, AI Agents, Nudges, and new Oracle features is a plus.
- Experience in handling full project life cycles from design to post-go-live support.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
