Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Oracle HCM Fusion solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion solutions for our clients, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on best practices for HCM processes and system configuration.
• Perform system upgrades and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Provide training and support to end users on the Oracle HCM Fusion system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Fusion updates and enhancements, and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with other systems and processes.
• Mentor and train junior consultants on Oracle HCM Fusion best practices and methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Fusion solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Experience with full cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion, from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
