Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
  • Advanced Workflow Agent design and configuration
  • Strong understanding of OTM Data Model and XML Schema
  • Integration design and development
  • Performance tuning, scalability configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Strong Oracle PL/SQL skills
  • Detailed understanding of Oracle OTM configuration and architecture
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience gathering requirements and developing/implementing effective processes
  • Customer-focused with strong conflict-resolution and influencing skills
Good to Have:
  • Java development experience (J2EE, Spring, Coherence, Microservices)
  • SOA architecture and programming principles
  • Experience with Schema Design, XML/XSLT, JMS, JAXB2, OXM, and Web Services
  • Agile software development experience
  • Logistics and Transportation domain experience
