Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer

Role Description

1.    Lead technical workstreams independently within assigned client projects

2.    Conduct OT/ICS security assessments, penetration tests, GRC reviews, or implementation activities based on service line

3.    Produce high-quality technical deliverables and client reports with minimal supervision

4.    Review and provide technical feedback on work produced by Junior Engineers

5.    Mentor and guide Junior Engineers on technical tasks, methodologies, and best practices

6.    Identify and escalate project risks, scope changes, and technical issues to the Project Lead

7.    Stay current with OT/ICS threats, vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and industry standards

8.    Support pre-sales activities including technical scoping, solution design, and proposal writing

9.    Represent Invictux professionally during client engagements and on-site visits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Autmation Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing and managing security controls, firewalls, and industrial protocols
• Strong expertise in OT/ICS cybersecurity, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, and compliance
• Prior experience with energy, utilities, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure industries is an advantage
