Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Overseas Talent Acquisition Manager to drive full-cycle recruitment for key roles across our international markets. This role will be responsible for developing overseas recruitment strategies, expanding localized hiring channels, and delivering high-quality talent pipelines for core business functions.
The position plays a critical role in strengthening our global hiring infrastructure, improving recruitment efficiency, and enhancing the candidate experience across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical overseas positions, including demand analysis, sourcing strategy, channel development, resume screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with overseas business leaders to deeply understand role requirements and talent profiles, and develop targeted recruitment strategies based on regional market conditions.
- Build and continuously optimize overseas recruitment channel systems, integrating headhunters, global recruitment platforms, industry communities, and localized sourcing resources to improve hiring effectiveness and control costs.
- Manage end-to-end candidate engagement for international hires, ensuring timely communication, strong candidate experience, and clear employer brand representation.
- Collaborate with domestic recruitment teams to enable cross-regional hiring coordination, progress synchronization, and process standardization.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as resume-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, and onboarding success rate; generate regular recruitment analytics reports and drive continuous process improvement.
- Establish and maintain overseas talent pipelines and talent pools to support long-term global expansion needs.
- Support overseas recruitment team operations and contribute to team capability building and process optimization.
- Help resolve complex or hard-to-fill hiring challenges through creative sourcing and resource integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 3+ years of overseas or international recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for high-tech or fintech-related industries strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of talent markets, hiring practices, and employment environments in at least one overseas region.
- Proven experience managing the full international recruitment lifecycle and independently closing mid-to-senior level roles.
- Strong sourcing, resume evaluation, and talent assessment capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese with both usable as working languages.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and able to adapt to cross-time-zone collaboration.
- Skilled in recruitment channel development and vendor/headhunter management.
- Familiar with ATS systems, recruitment tools, and data reporting; capable of recruitment data analysis.
- Experience building overseas talent pools is a plus.
- Prior team coordination or team management experience is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and service mindset.
