About the Role:
Dubai Golf is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Padel Coach to lead coaching programs, develop players, and support the growth of padel within our facilities. The ideal candidate is someone with strong technical knowledge, proven coaching experience, and the ability to deliver highquality training sessions for all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead individual and group coaching sessions for players of all skill levels
- Create structured training programs, performance plans, and player progress reports
- Mentor and guide junior coaches
- Organize padel clinics, tournaments, and community events
- Ensure high coaching standards and player safety at all times
- Promote padel programmes to members and guests
- Maintain equipment and manage court usage scheduling
- Support Dubai Golf's vision of delivering a premium sports experience
Requirements:
- Certified Senior Padel Coach (international or UAE-recognized certification preferred)
- Minimum 35 years of professional coaching experience
- Strong knowledge of advanced padel tactics, training methods, and match play
- Experience coaching competitive-level players is a plus
- Excellent communication and peoplemanagement skills
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- English required; additional languages are an advantage
